The RSNA 2026 Technical Exhibits run from Sunday, November 29 through Wednesday, December 2, 2026, at McCormick Place in Chicago, open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT. This exhibition serves as the epicenter for medical imaging advancement, bringing corporate partners face-to-face with over 50,000 global radiology professionals.
Badge Registration & Policies:
- Timeline: Exhibitor badge registration officially launches early August 2026.
- Strict Online Requirement: Onsite badge registration will not be available at McCormick Place. The primary company contact must register all personnel online beforehand.
- Onsite Distribution: The primary contact must book an appointment via the dashboard by November 18 to pick up the company's full badge block onsite.
- Modifications: Name changes on exhibitor representative badges are permitted for free up until the moment the physical badge is printed.
