Registration
Registration for RSNA 2026 opens in late July 2026 for general attendees and media representatives. Note that RSNA membership does not automatically register you for the event; all members must manually sign up.
Key Timeline & Deadlines
- General & Media Registration: Opens late July 2026.
- Exhibitor Badge Registration: Opens early August 2026.
- Virtual Access Extension: Registration for online-only passes remains open through February 2027.
Registration Packages
Attendees can choose between two main access tiers depending on how they plan to participate:
- In-Person & Virtual Access: Provides full entry to McCormick Place in Chicago, alongside complete digital access during and after the conference. This includes on-demand session recordings available within three hours of their live start time.
- Virtual Access Only: Provides live-streamed sessions and on-demand recordings accessible through February 2027.
Registration Guidelines by Category
- RSNA Members: Enjoy discounted pricing packages. If you want to secure member rates, make sure your RSNA Membership Application (https://www.rsna.org/membership/join-rsna) is submitted and active before registering.
- Exhibitors: All staff must be registered online in advance by the primary company contact via the RSNA Exhibitor Resource Center (https://www.rsna.org/annual-meeting/exhibitors-and-sponsors/badge-registration). Onsite badge registration will not be available at McCormick Place.
- Media: Members of the working press can apply via the RSNA Newsroom Portal . Credentials and proof of news assignment are mandatory for approval.
